Isocrates. Ἰσοκράτους πρὸς Δημόνικον παραίνεσις... Ἀριστείδου Ρώμης Ἐγκώμιον..., Venice, Giovanni Varisco, 1567.
This oration by Isocrates is the first Greek book to be printed by Varisco and the first bearing his signature and printer’s mark (see No. 3). This Venetian printer collaborated with the widow of Pietro Ravani from 1531/32 and from then on published Greek books, however in collaboration with other printers.
