P. Papazapheiropoulos (1819-1908) was born in Vytina. He was a priest and headmaster of the local school and not only wrote numerous school text books but enriched the local library with 90 volumes, a library that was instituted in 1808. His first printed work, the Hieratike Sylloge, is the work of a Tripoli printing press, in 1865.
