First edition of the Histoire Ecclésiastique, reaching to 1414 and continued by P. Jean-Cl. Fabre and Goujet, (Paris, 1691), while the General Index and Table of Contents was issued by Rondet in Paris in 1758. Fleury (1640-1723) was Abbot of the monastery of Loc-Dieu and second private tutor to the Duke of Burgundy and the Duke of Anjou.
