Iosepos Moisiodax. Θεωρία τῆς Γεωγραφίας..., Vienna, Johann Thomas Trattner, 1781.
The Theory of Geography by Moisiodakas represents the most significant work of mathematical geography in the broader North-Eastern European space in the eighteenth century. It is in essence the distillation of his oral lectures given in the Authentike Academy at Jassy. Moisiodakas completed his study in 1767, processing and enriching his material during his sojourn in Vienna, where he had the opportunity to study at the Kaiserliche-Königliche Bibliothek.
