First edition of the total opus attributed to Plotinus, with the Latin translation by the supporters of Platonic thought Marsilio Ficino published in 1492 by the Florentine press of Bartolommeo Miscomini. It is the material classified by Plotinus’s pupils Eustochius and Porphyrius in six thematic entities, each of which comprises nine essays, hence the title Enneades.
