The first edition of the Enchiridion was printed in 1528, with dozens of subsequent reprints also in the Latin translation by Politianus. The 1670 edition comprises for the first time the annotations of Méric Casaubon (1599-1671) the renowned theologian and Calvinist, the son of Isaac.
