Pausanias. Παυσανίου Ἑλλάδος Περιήγησις..., recognovit et praefatus est Ludovicus Dindorfius..., Paris, Ambroise Firmin-Didot, 1845.
An edition based on the work by Ludvig Dindorf, born in 1805, a German philosopher and brother of Wilhelm, renowned for his critical publications of works of such as Xenophon; Themistius; Procopius; Atheneus; Aristotle; Diodorus Siculus, Aristide and others (see also No. 189). He also edited the Poetae scenici Graeci, including the fragments, in Oxford, in 1830. The edition belongs in the series Bibliothèques des Auteurs grecs, by Α. Firmin Didot, as to the editions under Nos. 336-342.
