Synesios Cyrenenis. Αἱ Ἐπιστολαὶ μετὰ τῶν σχολίων... Νεοφύτου [Καυσοκαλυβίτου]..., Vienna, Georgios Vendotis, 1792.
The Epistolai circulated for the first time in 1553 in Paris from the Royal Press and Synesios’s complete works are comprised in this edition, while an integral edition of the Epistolai circulated in 1558 in Basel. The present one was edited by Gregorios Konstantas and includes the commentaries of his teacher Neophytos Kausokalybites, furthermore marking a fresh effort to return education to ancient texts, in contrast to the Christian educational tradition. Editions with other editors: 1605, 1782, 1812, 1815.
