Second edition, first published in 1817, that circulated anonymously but was by Christopoulos and Nestor, to whom the ruler Karatzas assigned the compilation of the Laws in 1816. Chri-stopoulos had suggested to the Voevoda the idea of recording the new legislation, which is also the reason for his being assigned the compilation of the Nomothesia.
